| Apex Techie Wannabe |  New PC and cooling it I am building a new PC and need some help with the cooling end of it. I ahve done liquid and liquid/TEC cooling and now i want to start using Phase change. I have no practical experience with this. Also i am in Italy in a Dormatory on an Air force base. So i cannot have any flammable materials (read propane or methanol) in my room. I would like to cool my CPU and GPU using Phase change. and maybe my chipset and hard drives with liquid but that si a secondary project. I have no means other thana dremel to make/modify any parts and I am not able to braze anything. at ~$700 a piece its gonna be kinda pricy to get 2 prometia or vapochills....does anyone build their own units that will let me buy em parts for their assembly? =) If anyone has any suggestions on the setup I will need or woudl liek to help me with modifications I woudl appreciate it. | |
