Ok i was thinking of this the other day but im to lazy to tear apart thing to get the size of a nb chip (n force 2). If anyone out there has a dead mobo or one that they are getting ready to work on and can give me the size I would really be thankfull.
Here is the reason i posted this in the h2o/ extreem cooling section and this might be a stupid idea so fedback will be taking either way. I have a gpu block but in reality my card is allready overclocked and runs allright. I would like to see if i can get my fsb up higher and put the block on the nb. I am pretty sure the holes would line up because on the 8rda+ boards the mounting holes are pretty far apart. I will have to measure to be sure though.
The gpu block is a Danger Den Maze 4 .....kind of a bumma i missed the new brass ,chrome and Acetal ones by a month or two

Ok well I took a quick look at a NF2 Board that i have laying around. Its a DFI Nforce2 400 AL. It looks to be 2 inches a 5/16th of an inch. I didnt get to look at my Abit NF7 board in depth but it looks to be about the same. Good Luck Hope this works for you.

Edit: I found this somewhere. NB w/c blocks fit 2.10" to 2.43"

My NB worked out to be 2.3225"
