Question Best Water Cooling - Suggestions

Hey, sup everyone.
I was wondering if you guys could make some suggestions on the water cooling parts I have chosen.
I want the best there is, price doesn't really matter.

Swiftech MCP600 Revision 2 Inline Pump $79.95

Tank-O-Matic Black External Reservoir $69.99

Next-Cool W-Zero X2 Black Double Radiator $59.99

4 Enermax 120mm High Performance Cooling Fans $14.00 each

Zerex Racing Super Coolant 12oz $8.50

TDX Socket 478 Water Block $52.95

Blue UV Dye $9.99

Tygon Tubing $2.90 per ft.

These are the parts I think I'm gonna end up buying, unless something new comes out.

Get Tygon tubing...10ft at least.

Drop the Water Wetter for some Zerex coolant instead. WW smells bad, and yellows clearflex.

Get a TDX waterblock, or an RBX if you don't mind the 3 barbs.

Perhaps a DangerDen pump instead of the Eheim. More power=better in your case.

For the Rad...I guess if you want to spend $120 on that, great. But if you want to go cheaper, a large heatercore will probably perform just as well or better than that for less than a third of the price.

EDIT: DO NOT get the Evercool fans...they rattle extremely after some use, and make more noise than anything else in the setup. I am running 6 of them right now, 2 of them being the 120mm version on my heatercore and they're not good for silence. IF ANYONE KNOWS how to fix this problem, please share!

It's not very nice to steal other websites' bandwidth.

Having said that....
Eheim 1250 for silence; Dangerden 12V D4 pump, Swiftech MCP600, or Iwaki MD-15R or MD-20RZ fopr performance.....check the PQ curves.

That Tank-O-Matic is designed for 8mm PVC tubing so you may have to change out the barbs and maybe drill out the holes themselves on the reservoir so that your flowrate won't suffer.

Different fans. I prefer Panaflo 120mm Medium Speeds personally.

Zerex.

For the waterblock, either a RBX, TDX, or Whitewater.

Edited while posting....

For the waterblock choose a Dangerden TDX(-S), Dangerden RBX, Little River Cascade (if you can find one) or a D-Tek WhiteWater (have this one myself)

I have the Swifttech MCP600 rev2 and I'm proud of it It's quiet & much stronger than my Eheim 1048 I used 2 have.

Check these pics out from a friend of mine (Dutch forum, like the one here)

Default External Water Cooling

I have done the internal systems, and now I have done the new Zalman Reserator 1 external cooling system and I have never done such an easy install for a water cooling system.

Forgive the piggy backing, but this thread suited my needs.

Yes, I, the procrastinator of procrastinators, am finally breaking down and going the watercooling route. I've talked the about it before, but now it's time to put-up or shut-up.

I've done sooo much reading and research. I found a set-up that is composed of good parts that have been spoken favorably by folks here and else-where.

Opinions are crucial, so please don't hold back. I've given myself a fairly decent budget to do this and I don't want to waste my time or money on crap.

Here's the run down:

DangerDen TDX Intel Socket 478 - 3/8" ID

DangerDen MAZE4 GPU nVidia/ATI Block,

Hydor L30 Pump

8 Feet of Tygon Anti-Kink 3/8" ID Tubing

Danger Den Black Ice Dual Micro Radiator (Black

2 X 80mm Panaflo H1A - 39CFM

Clear Dual 3.5" Floppy Tundra Bay Resevoir

Swiftech Green UV HydrX Coolant

All these parts and various other minor accessories are coming from FrozenCPU.com and will run roughly $310 US.

Two questions Foe:

1. Why 3/8" instead of 1/2"?

2. Why the BIX Micro?

Well, to be quite frank...

1: The 3/8" is part of the kit that I am looking at.

2: Using the BIack Ice Micro will allow me to use my current case without having to mod it. Having three windows does kind of limit your options.

The dual micro setup is a natural fit for the rear 80mm exhaust vents. This is my case type if you were curious.

I do hope you dremel those cheese-grater excuses of fan vents...
