Ditch the Evercool fans and get some of these... They cost more but the CFM to Dba ratio is way better....

Yeah...don't go with the Evercool fans. That's all I'm running and am quite annoyed by the rattling they end up creating after a while of use.

Ditch the heater core and buy one from the local Auto store...you can buy the same one for less than $20.

Right, AutoZone has that core for $18.99, well in my town anyway.

Tygon will also probably provide better resistance against the dyes...the Water Wetter I used with clearflex yellowed my tubing over time. You may not have this problem with the coolant and dye, but just a quick insight on why tygon is (probably) better

You better have a good psu if your gonna run a pump on your regular system especially when ocing to the edge of sanity. Go with Tygon if you have the extra money to spend. Both hoses will bend the same but the Tygon is thinner and hence puts less pressure on the components that it is attached to. Go ahead and get the heatercore from DD, it comes with barbs so there will be no modding that has to be done. Scrap the fans as suggested but check out sunon fans instead and buy a fan controller with temp probes so that you can adjust and monitor. Good luck.

Well kinda right.
TYGON R-3603 in 1/2" is lab grade vinyl pvc hose.
The wall thickness is 1/8", it's the smoothness of the bore and the formula of the vinyl that makes it very flexable. Normaly thin wall hose will kink faster than the thicker wall stuff.

I agree whole-heartedly 478 in the same sentence as DD isnt my tea total - considered AMD there buddy?

Evercool fans are like the ECS of the fan market I too would consider buying longer lasting beasties. Ferals' enermax example is certainly a good choice the DBa rating is making me think about getting a couple.

I was gonna say bendy and squishy but those technical terms were making my head hurt. Like Zenz said, because of the way Tygon is made it is able to bend as much as Clearflex but without putting as much stress on your components.
