Question EXOS and CPU300G cooler = air pocket?

Hey all,

I am a n00b here, but have been lurking for a while. I got an EXOS because I'm a lazy, no good deadbeat who didnt want to put his own system together yet, but wanted something to keep his proc cooler than an air solution for the summertime. SO dont clown me for running a EXOS, I already know there are DIY systems out there that are cheaper/better, etc.

Anyhow, my question is this: I installed my EXOS with Koolance's new CPU 300G H06 block on my Barton. I filled the system , turned it on, and filled the res till it was full with the fluid they included with the EXOS (its blue, even though I have seen pics of it being green with earlier kits? I have an aluminum EXOS btw.). It is my impression that the EXOS is self bleeding, since the pumps quieted down after a few minutes of running once the res was full.

However, even now that the system is really quiet, temps are good and everything, I have noticed one thing that bothers me a bit: the CPU block has an air pocket right near the outtake barb at the top of the block. It doesnt seem to be affecting temps or anything, I was just wondering if anyone else who is running this new block from Koolance has had this issue, or if it even IS an issue. Thanks in advance...

Every time I ran mine, it had one there. No matter what I did. I still had very nice temps...

ouch sounds like a design flaw. have you tried tipping the rig to allow the pocket to make its way through the tubing? Apart form that I think your gonna have to live with it.

All you have to do to clear any bubble in any H20 system is allow the bubble to go straight up...
So just turn your system in such a way that the bubble can move vert. up the hose...very simple actually.

Actually their older model blocks had the same problem. Zennzzo is right just tip that sucker over.
