I started w/ regular tubing, but redid my entire setup w/ tygon tubing that I ordered from dangerden. Made all the difference in the world. I've seen some springs that you actually place inside of the tube that are supposed to prevent kinking, but I don't know how effective they are.

the zalman reserator tubing that is supplied with it has a far greater 'bend' ratio than most tubing - i think its a silicon based one that stays at the angle no matter what. Also the thicker the tubing the better, but there is a point where no bending can be done.

any hose in a smaller diameter will make tighter turns...where did you get the information on the Zalman anyway? Did you get one?

T Y G O N is the best way to prevent kinks, however you can do something like this if your turns are really tight...

That is a twisted lenght of stainless bailing wire.
Just double in two, and put the ends in a vice.
Now chuck the loop into a drill and let her chew while you pull away from the vice...
The wire will twist real tight. Clip off the ends, and bend back so there are no sharp points.
Now take a piece of rod,(dowell, pipe.whatever) a little smaller than your hose and wrap with the twisted bailing wire onto it. It should look like a spring...
put it on the hose and shape your curve...
really easy to do and it will hold the hose open from kinking...
the hose in the pic from the north bridge to the GPU block is the one to copy...
I tried the loose twist up top, and the lower one is better. give it a go. Kinks are crap...

I had a bend when I installed it yesterday. I just took a plastic hose clamp at the point of the kink, and applied it there until it opened the kink up. Works like a charm, and alot easier than Master Zenns wire.

I have used spiral wrap to do exactly what Zennzzo used the wire for (and the Coolsleeves).

Here are a couple pics:

Ooooh!! That coolsleeve thing is cool. What about tygon in a coolsleeve? I like your suggestion putwig, and I am sure it is cheaper and easier to find then a coolsleeve.
