I'm going to guess your running AMD because of your sig.

RBX Block
Hydor-l30
Black Ice ExtrememII
5.25 Bay Resivior
15' 1/2" Tubing
2 Delta 120mm Screamers (or your choose of fans)
Price about $250 or £135

Also to what Red02 reccomended, add a Maze 4 style GPU (Video Card) waterblock and push that 9800 farther. Also since a pound seems to = $2 I'd say you'll be able to make that tubing Tygon. Finally for simplicity sake order all the stuff from Dangerden.com. they make the Maze 4 and RBX blocks and carry everything else but the Delta Screamers, no worries though, just grab some of their 120mm aluminum fans...

I vote

RBX CPU Block (w/nozzles) $50
GF4 GPU Block $40
Z Chips NB Block $40
Eheim 1250 (thought I love my Mag3 but it was a hassle to get going and I have already cracked one housing) $60
Dtek Heatercore with dual shrouds $55
(2) 120mm fans (I like sunon's cheap and quiet if on a Rheo) $25
12ft of 1/2" ID ClearFlex $12
A bunch of worm drive clamps, a 1/2" ID T fitting & a roll of electical tape to put (and a crap load of it) between the hose and the clamps so the tape gets jacked not the hose) $20

~$300 and it will do you very well (you will be able to oc like heck and do it in silence)but don't forget about the case as you need the room to put all this crap. I personally have a YYcube on the way because I am tired of shoe hornin all this junk into my cheiftec.

Well darn, I just deleted a webpage that sells watercooling products in yer country. Ohh well, here's a German watercooling retailer.

http://www.alphacool.de/perl/news.pl...8347b505a0&l=2

Just incase you don't wanna "cowboy" and run 1/2" lines or something and not wait 2+ weeks for delivery.

I'd probably go with the RBX, A Thermochill rad that fits your case, dual 120 is a good choice (go heater core if you're on a budget) , L-30, or the new DangerDen 12V if you don't mind trying out a somewhat unproven pump. Two or three panaflo's or YStech fans and some clearflex and fittings. Well under 200£ even if you add gpu and chipset blocks.

Just about every waterblock nowadays is made out of copper so having an aluminum radiator would be begging for galvanic corrosion. If you can, find a copper one. The vast majority of DIY WCers also use heater cores from a car, not the radiator.

Yah... but JE's point is when it comes to comp parts, often times it's the same either which way. $40 dollar fan controller often ends up £40 (or sometimes £45!).

So yah.... anyways... how are those taxes workin' fer y'all?

Ok dudes, what would be the best watercooling setup and the best for my wallet ??

If i go through with this i may get a Car Rad, and i been reading a Eheim 1250/Hydor L30 pump does well on car rads.

Also, if someone could tell me what i could overclock to with a watercooling system....... im using a AMD 2500+ Mobile. ( as in sig )

Cheers,

cool_dude

P.S: If you could make me a list in UK (£) prices next to the products i would be greatful, and also the website you got the prices from.... cheers

with the mobile 2500+ probably around 2.5ghz+ maybe 2.7 or 2.8ghz if you got a good one... FSB should be in the 220 to 250 range; its a wide span because I've seen em all over the place...

Umm... they already have speced you a watercooling setup that can get you the overclock you want, the question is, can your equipment (chip, memory, mobo, psu) handle the overclock. Just becasue you have a moble 2500 doen't mean you can overclock to a spacific number, each one overclocks differnetly. There are no way of knowing what you can overclock to.....It is all just a game of chance, but having a good cooling solution will help you obtain your target overclock, but that is all. the rest is up to the OC Gods, and if they are pleased with ya, then you get it, if not.........
