| i got a new e6750 in my comp now, running watercooling. i also have a 7950gt in the loop. my cpu idles at ~42c. is that right? the temp seems to jump up pretty fast to ~48c if i open a window or etc. havent done any stress testing yet though. | ||

| Seems high for idle, try reseating your block before you go crazy. Looking at the pattern of TIM on the core should tell you if your mount was a little off. My e6850 idles at about 5 degrees C over ambient temp with a Thermalright Ultra. It's 26C and idling at 31C right now. | ||

| well tried running OCCT for 10 mins monitoring on coretemp, temps load is at 60c. could it posibly be the waterblock im using? i have a asetek waterblock with custom top, modded the nozzles, the results turned out to be for the worse though. | ||
