I was putting in a new washing machine in our house and I found the pump in the old one, i may end up modding it to get it to work with a computer or what not but pix are attached.

I dont think thats a pump, its a solenoid valve that controls the hot/ cold water flow to the washer.

EDIT.

Yup, its definately a solenoid mixing valve...

hmm... your probably right im not to much into this kinda stuff more into cars just starting to get in thought it was a pump because of how it was working...
