Default from worse to bad

Today i went to check the water level in my res when i realize it is down from yesterday so i check it and my res is leaking and leaking bad. So i take my system apart to check the cause of the leak and it was that the front acrylic piece of my res had seperated from the rest of the res at the bottom corner. So i had to redo my system with a T line to replace the res. it went very well undil i did the leak testing and my pump is basically pumping a constant stream of tiny bubbles along with the coolant and i cant figure out why it is doing it and how to stop it.

I am hoping that anyone that has a watercooling setup or has had one in the past can give me advice of what it is doing and how to help the problem. i dont want to run my system with the bubble stream because i fear that it would cause heating problems and could damage my system.

For reference purposes my old loop was pump - cpu - gpu - gpu - rad - res - pump

My new loop is pump - rad - cpu - gpu - gpu - T line res - pump

i cannot change this loop because i dont have enough coolant or distilled water to add.

I appreciate any and all posts.

Thank you for your time.

Does your pump not have a fill port or something you can safely open to release the trapped air?

Is the pump at the bottom of the loop? If the impeller creates too much suction, it may entrain air through the shaft seal. Putting the pump at the bottom will increase the water pressure around the impeller, which may help keep the seal closed. If you can't move it, just flip the whole case over.

Only other suggestion is to keep turning the loop to get any trapped air out.

Basically my loop is Cpu block and radiator at the top, 1st gpu block is the middle, and 2nd gpu, T barb/fill line and pump are at the bottom.

I did the air release that Dex posted and it helped alot with the bubbles but it till seems that the pump is creating the air as Seyeklopz mentioned because the coolant in the fill line is tranquil and the coolant in the loop has the apperience of being carbonated with tiny bubbles.

i will keep doing the air release because that is helping and will post again if anything changes.

I thank Dex and Seyeklopz for their post they were very helpful.
