Default would using this go any good?

i found a car radiator in the parts room couple days ago. i took out the filter, so now its empty inside. im planning on using this with a 120x120 rad (for now) with my wc system. would it make a difference on temps? im planning on using this for my upcoming project. of i have enough money, ill invest in a 120x360 rad. heres some pictures (floppy drive there for size measurement.)

Would it help temps, slightly, would you notice probably not. Now if you directed lots of fans over it, you may see slight changes, which may or may not help you squeeze that last Mhz from your system but, is it worth it?

why is there a problem with it being aluminum? ive heard that copper+aluminum+antifreeze does not mix. but yeah it would make a awesome resevoir. if you want one...go on ebay ive seen them for 30 :]

Galvanic corrosion would eat away your block rapidly, however if your using the right coolant, in the right amount not a problem.
