Finally dangerden has put there new 8800GTS block out on the shelves after waiting for almost 4 months now

Here you go guys, I cant seem to find any inside pictures of the block yet, Since its still new I think they just put it on there site today or yesterday? But i think we can expect good cooling with this dangerden block just like all the others

I think im going to order mine tonight or tomorrow before they sell out!

Well after running this waterblock for over a month now working great! Yesterday i get a knock on my door and its the fedex man, I open the door and he hands me a package, I open it up and BAM another 8800GTS waterblock, Im like But hey this could be a nice messup.. So i see a paper in the box also, That states about 10% of the tops were cracking so dangerden was nice enough to send a new complete block to everyone that ordered one i guess? Did anyone else get one? Well if you send the old block back you get a whoping 20% off your next order, If you dont.. You dont.. You get a free 145 $ block.. Im now thinking about SLI

I concur again. I actually lost a spring for a 875 chipset block and they sent me
new hardware for free. DangerDen Rules :-)

10% failure rate is huge. You can gamble, but worst case scenario is you end up with two wet (and dead cards). At the very least put the old water block on the bottom card.

I wouldn't run the old block. The old block had a polycarbonate top and the new one is made of delrin, for those wondering. Kudos to DD.

When i first put the system together with the new block, My chipset loop wasnt set right and it sprung a leek and i didnt see it untill the top of my 8800GTS was over flowing with water and spilling onto the bottom of the case, Water all down the motherboard and i shut it off and dryed it out and powerd it back on within 10 mins and it booted right up... No big deal.. im not scared of a lil water!

But dangerden kicks but, Im really happy with them for doing this!
