refresh rate problem.

refresh rate problem. I was being retarded and was messing around with the screen sizes. Long story short, I set it to the biggest/highest quality setting, and now when i boot my computer after it loads the windows screen (with the blue bar) it says out of range 96.5hz/60hz. I can still control alt delete and type in the password and hear the computer load windows. (i have windows xp pro).

Boot windows in safe mode, re-install your drivers (gfx card) and reboot.
