Default shaking screen

my screen is constantly shaking, just a teeny bit, but enough to be extremely irritating when using photoshop and illustrator..

is it juswt cus its old? or can i fix it?

its a Viewsonic E90fb, its a 19" CRT, prolly 4 or 5 years old

Have you tried to degauss it? (demagnetize)
And how about different refresh rate?

Also making sure that there isn't anything liike speakers/electronic devices too close to the tube or cables.
You may also be a victim of ripple through your power lines - doesn't happen often, but I've heard that it can cause the same symptoms

huh...well i hoved my speakers around...and made sure my cell phone was far away from it...its not shaking today...its kinda off and on..could be that ripple thing
