I recently ordered one of these for myself, pleased after a thorough evaluation of it's rather *high selling points and warm reviews.
*Thought i'd point out some initials.--

-Unfortunately, its the same as the Zune's making it QVGA (somewhere about 320x240 pixels) even though while also listing playback of 768-pixel dvd-quality DivX, they advertise it as VGA, which it isn't (being more a half-VGA)..

-Got it, and its nicer than i'd expect, less bulky than i thought before (mostly because its so small) but its about perfect after (because the included doccumentation is rather poor w/ a german booklet aswell, I thought I'd be kind enough to share these tips for people who've just aquired one)
TIPS
*** #1.) installing the 2.20 firmware by simply hooking it into your computer after setting it in the powered cradle and plugging in the USB cable before extracting this zip file in your PMP's Data folder and unplugging it which initiates the update (make sure not to remove it from the cradle so the unit stays powered; avoid the dead doorstop side-effect of failed BIOS flashes)
#2.) the included doccumentation is rather inadequate so i thought i'd provide you with a KEY FEATURE of the unit (i couldn't figure it out for about 15 mins so i wanted to avoid others this difficulty) - to exit to the main menu to choose another function, you must stop the currently playing media by holding the Jog button until the media stops (joystick-style button on the left) and press the Menu button twice.
