Well, sorry i posted this topic here but it seems to be ok since a lot of buy.com deals are posted here =]

Thanks to T2 and some others, we receive many buy.com deals in this forum and many of us purchase those deals causing the item to sell out.

Many of you also wait to long for your item because it says "Shipped to Wherehouse" or something like that, or if you have an RMA and it takes forever!

Well i've found out something that actually fastens your orders/rmas. All you have to do is send a message into customer service and they'll quickly ship your item the same day or next day because they don't want to lose your business. I just threaten to cancel my order. I don't know if it'll work for you guys, but i've tried it 3 times to make sure.

2 Orders - orders shipped RIGHT after i got a reply from customer service (gets me wondering)

EDIT: Anyways, i asked about my fatality mouse 2 days ago, and they did a 1day delivery via ups to me. I'm guessing it's 1day shipment because it says received on 12/5 and i received it today, 12/6 =] I know buy.com is about 10 hours away from me, but still...1day delivery is good for me =]

When I got my Razer Percision pad, the Box was bigger than my Antec P180 box.. infact it was 2x the size, packed with paper "packageing"

I've never had a problem with them... Just bought a set of IceMat headphones, with the budget shipping. (7-9 days).

You know, it's funny that you mentioned that - my buddy bought the save TDK 100pk Spindle of DVD+Rs that you mentioned, and the EXACT same thing happened to him. Oversized box that wasn't packaged well, and the spindle broke. He wasn't about to go through each one to see if they were all scratched up, though

I've been lucky with them so far, but I do have to say that they don't have the best record for packaging sometimes. Amazon.com makes these guys look like amateurs!! Although for the prices I'm scoring some of this stuff at - I guess I don't have too much room to complain!

I bought one item-- a 128M SD card in early 2005, and I recall several things:

-They send a hell of a lot more mail than Newegg
-Everything was "93 percent off" a fantasy price that may have been charged in 1991 or something.
-The card and service was indifferent.
