Personally I like the look of the G5 and G7 alot more, but at least the price isn't way higher just because of the fatal1ty brand name. But does anyone know how these Creative mice perform?

But the keyboard looks okay.

Not sure about Creative mice how they perform, the only thing i did notice with my Logitech G7 is when playing a game the battery does not last very long, so i mainly use it for Internet posting and searching the web. I use my Logitech Laser 1000 for gaming which i found to be the best so far and also use a Logitech G15 keyboard that is the best keyboard i ever owned.

Like I said, its a hate it or love it thing... Apparently these things don't last much longer than 5 months. But hey its a penny.

I love my G7.. but the reciever broke, so I'm getting a new one . I have the same short batterly life with games as wel.. So I always change my clip before I start fraggin'

Don't get me wrong it is a good enough mouse for someone that is not looking to spend a lot of money on one and for a $0.01 you can not go wrong even if it does only last 5 months.

Ps. i not even going to ask you how you broke the reciever.

While I also suffer from painfully short battery life, the fact that my charger is less than a foot from my mouse, and the whole "replacing a battery procedure" takes less than 30 seconds, (and the whole battery becoming projectiles thing is pretty fun) in addition to having to change the dpi setting, it's just a procedure you have to adjust to...
