I was running errands today, and I went home for a short trip around the block on my Traveler and a 17" monitor was sitting on the side of the road with cables and all, so I snatched it up and took it home, fired it up and I'm cruising PimpRig in 1200 X 1600 yeehaw!

God damn. Was that in front of Bill Gates' house or something? WTF. Some people have all the luck.

Maybe they were moving and left it by the road for a sec... lol never know.. and neither will they lol..

actually they were moving, I asked and they said it was trash, so I took it.

should have asked if there was a computer with it

if there is it must be a somewhat high roller considering the size of the monitor I picked up

Buzz, mines at 70 hz. The thing is great, and it was snatched back in the tech boom.

look under video settings, it'll tell you your options if you have a plug n' play monitor.

doesnt have it there, and it doesnt really matter, but I jaacked it up as high as it will go, got it up to 1920 X 1200 before it crashed, so 1600 X 1200 will do

Now if I can get my Radeon going I'll play HL at 1024 X 768

Damn nice. Im still stuck with my 15" sony tinitron monitor. Only does 1280x1024@60hertz..

I scored a CR*PLOAD of stuff from a some guy at the end of the block on my way to work early this summer, filled my 4door 96Cavalier to the max.
There were 4 or 5 cases, including a server case, and some of the cases had motherboards and stuff left inside.
There were also like 3 old monitors (14inch), boxes full of misc video cards, network cards, HDD's and 5 1/4 inch Floppie drives,and a bunch of other misc hardware. Even found an ancient laptop in there.
A box full of software on floppy netted me Win95, and Misc games including the original Castle Wolfenstein and Bill and Ted's Excellent adventure
The guy must of been cleaning out his home office after upgrading again, nothing was newer than the Pentium 2 Mobo (broken), but stuff like that I can't pass by
