I supose this is common knowledge but go over to ebay and search for 1700+, lots of places list the model and I found quite a few JIUHB for under $20

I believe so, it really depends, some are new, some are slightly used, search ebay for AMD 1700+,

I don't believe that they could be new for under 20 bucks. Not to call you a liar or anything, but it seems like a scam to me.

its ebay, they start low as **** but the price goes up fast 99% of the time, just read through carefully and dont worry about scams, how ebay works is you send ebay your item (post auction) and the other person sends money then ebay sends both out

That is completely not how ebay works. You send the money to the seller (usually by Paypal, but not always), and the seller sends the goods directly to you.

There are plenty of scams, but I have thus far not been burned!

I wish that was how ebay worked. That method is only if you use escrow, or a third party to ensure the transaction is done honestly for a cut of the money.

I been an ebayer from it's beginning and only got burned once, but I actually came out ahead in that deal. Ebay built almost all of my rigs. It's amazing what people will pay money for.
