| Apex Tech God  |  Stanely & Black and Decker Tools 50% off at K-Mart It appears that K-Mart is getting rid of their Stanely and Black & Decker Tools so as to make room for Craftsmen tools. You should be able to get anywhere from 50-60% off. If it isn't marked on the ticket talk the manager and you should be able to get the discount. Cheers  | |
