| http://www.netflix.com/settlement Netflix has reached a settlement on Frank Chavez v. Netflix, Inc. Current subscribers who subsribed Before January 15, 2005 are eligable for an upgrade to the next higher level of service for a month and people who have cancelled their subscription since January 15, 2005 are eligable for a free month of service. | ||
