I bought one around christmas time, and i highly recommend picking one up if you can afford it. Pretty much the cheapest you can find, but it will produce a better picture than some that cost near $1,400.

Possibly the only downside to this is the speakers are not that great, but that's fine for me considering i just have it hooked up to use my computer speakers. But for the picture, my dvd player and computer look amazing on it. I can't really say anything about the HDTV picture, since I still haven't gotten around to calling my cable company to get that set up.

I have it on the wall in the kids playroom/spare bedroom. What really impressed me was the Picture quality (I also have a Samsung 50" DLP and a 42" Pioneer Plasma - both HD - All at really steep discounts!!) HD is as you would expect but even standard cable is very good - not something you can usually say about LCDs. DVD and PS2 both look great too. Plenty of inputs (All except HDMI). It was cheap and much better than I expected.

I'd like to pick one up, but they get kinda upset when you try to walk out the door without paying for it....
