I've talked to people who swear by them, but then I've read on this forum that they suck on the customer service end. I'm guessing that as with just about anything online it's caveat emptor. Good luck.

those basterds!! well, me and my dad went ahead and ordered that dvd burner...turns out it's NOT an official iomega drive... SOMEHOW, tigetdirect got hold of a shipment of OEM drives that were manufactured by NEC for Iomega, and that is why they are only $139... Iomega is pretty pissed at tiger direct for this sh*, but they will support the drive for its warranty, and offer the software that ships with their normal drives... so, if y'all want one, go get one...not a bad deal...
