There is a difference between American and Chinese Fuse, although I dont know what, Ive heard they are made differently.

Sometimes the fireworks you buy in stores dont have enough fuse, This Fuse is good to extend the time of the fuse to give you enough time to run away. This stuff is also called safety Fuse.

If you do order from the novelty fireworks section, be sure to check local regulations at your states department of safety. Some of those items May be illegal.

I use this stuff for my two cannons I made. I will post a pick of them. The last one we made is awesome. It blew the windows out of a car about 20 feet away....lol My friend was pist!

That's funny, when I read the title of the post and the author I thought that you are writing about electrical fuses...

You probably know the trick with the gum wrapper, right?

Alright, I just want to warn you guys, if you do order Fuse, its going to take a while (the guy told me 1 to 2 months!!!)..So If you want it for the 4th of July, Id order now...

Although, I do wonder if Ive been snowballed...(ripped off)

He told me that USPS likes to hold it (im assuming they are probably doing background checks..or maybe no one wants to touch it because it has Hazmat or something written on it) Although I have ordered AL powder, and it got here on time..Odd..I order chemicals and you figure it would take longer to get here, yet it didnt. I ordered Fuse, Which BTW isnt explosive, takes 2 months to get here...

If you need other suppliers for fuse, do a google search for "cannon fuse". It is actually still made for guys that shoot black powder cannons and they have it in all kinds of different diameters and burn rates. Some even burn with different color flames and such.

when i heard fuse, i though fuses.... but holy crap, ive been looking for cheap fuse like this!!

Alright, I finally got my fuse. Just a warning to ya, Get insurance and a tracking number. I dont know why it took so long last time, But he sent me an email a couple days ago and I got it today.

yeah...i'm going to start making fireworks (of course, i'm taking all of the precautions)...i just need now to go to scheels and pick up some blackpowder. btw, it's legal to have blackpowder up to 50 pounds in quanity whilst not having a pyrotechnics license.

You Can make your own, get your chemicals from Unitednuclear.com, but you have to be really careful. I thought you need a license to make fireworks?
