Beware - you must think ahead when moving these magnets.
If carrying one into another room, carefully plan the route you will be taking. Computers & monitors will be affected in an entire room. Loose metallic objects and other magnets may become airborne and fly considerable distances - and at great speed

Some of their glow in the dark paints sounds like it could be used in doing nice trim on the edges of a case.

Hmm... I wonder if I can sell that glass to Iran...

And those magnets... I can only imagine the threats of "wiping the ever-lovin' bejesus out of your data" I think they would physically rip pieces of HDD's out...

Umm not a good idea we set my friends woods on fire by doing that... had to put it out with bucket brigade, it was about 30' radius of "scorched earth" (said like the microwave troopers from RA2)

I wonder if this stuff http://www.unitednuclear.com/aerogel.htm could be cut into some kind of heatsink. It may need to be looked into for its ability to loose heat once its retained but the blowtorch and crayon test looked cool.

It doesn't look like itÂ’s dissipating heat but instead just blocking it. This is definitely not what you want for a heat sink. Aerogel would just insulate and cook your processor.

*shakes head*
I think you need to try reading the page before succumbing to foot in mouth disease.

which means a conventional window would have to be ten-inches thick to equal a one-inch thick Aerogel window.

If It wasn't so hellishly expensive-- it'd be perfect for sound-proofing

But here's my favorite--as Dr. Evil would say, it's a frickin' LAZER!

::EDIT:: Your dickheaded response is well noted and appreciated. Kakali put it well while still retaining some civility. I must have either glanced over that section or forgot about it.
