Yep, all this can be yours, that is if you bother the pain of dealing with TigerDirect, (although except for the whole "lying about the rebate" thing they did to me, the service was great and fast) Hannspree HN199D 19" 8ms http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...Tab=5&NoMapp=0 Button for inserting links isn't working for me...mods....help?

Ok, I apparently missed something. How does a picture of a primate equate to a picture of Ruben? And considering the price and specs... asthetics can be overlooked and/or moddified IMO.

I for one, am seriously considering getting this, Hannspree isn't quite as unknown and untrustworthy as say FujiPlus. And the price and specs are all there....just wish this was on 'egg so I could read some more reviews than Tiger has.

Well, from two experiences buying refurbished lcd monitors from Sony, they always come banged up, scratched, loaded with the maximum dead pixels allowed before being thrown out (I guess people who return them make up some story other than dead pixels), and dont arrive in a plastic covering at all, causing a tremendous layer of dirt to gather on the screen. But that's probably just Sony.

I just got the deal I posted here a few weeks ago, the 19" Hannspree (Now its Hanns-G) LCD with 8ms refresh for under $200 (after a $70 rebate), with no dead pixels or nothing, it is my first LCD and I'm freaked out how bright and vibrant everything is to me now!
