Mlivvy is right, for a decent water setup, you'll need at least a few hundred bucks or so.

I've run a Bigwater system in my rig before, and it's alright, but high performance air cooling works better. I switched back from water and installed an AeroCool HT-101 on the proc and dropped temps from 38C to ~31C. Put an ArticCooling ATI Silencer5 on my X800XT and dropped GPU temps from 40C to 28C. The only thing the Bigwater is good for is quieting a computer.

High end aircooling is better than low end watercooling.

Just remember that.
