AMD64 laptop dealy at Radioshack

I'm not a big fan of radioshack, but this is one appealing deal:

The $200 rebate "deal" doesn't appeal to me, its the seemingly low retail price that I'm pretty amazed about... or is it just me? I dont know too much on laptops, but I would think a laptop like that (without the printer and camera) would be close to $1500 or maybe $2000.

Well, other than going to the hp site and keying in that computer, does it tell you the specs?

personally i would rather go witha gateway for the same price ($1299). i got a gateway from bestbuy with a athlon 64 3400, 1 gig of ram, 80 gig hdd, dvd burner, builtin 802.11G 15.4" widescreen display

and radeon 9700 graphics, altho once you factor in the extras it does seem to be a pretty decent deal (i just dont have any use for those extras) but i guess how good it is depends on what you would use it for.
