i just got a call not too long ago from future networks (publisher of maximum pc) and they offerend me the mag for 1.97 an issue, so i have a 3 yr subscription lol

I forgot to ask earlier if anyone knows if this price includes the monthly CD?

The page says that's it's the no CD version. I rarely found anything useful in the CDs personally ::shrug::

Yeah, the things on Maximum PC's CD's are basically freeware apps burned on a disc for you. Unless you're on a dial-up line, the CD's are quite worthless.

I looked at my account and it says expected delivery 4/7/05 for first issue.
I didn't know that I had ordered from them before but now I do remember that it took a little while for the first issue.

ordered on feb 14 and have not received any yet... nor does max pc have my info in their database.. but the email that the vendor sent says it takes 8-12 weeks... its only been about 6.... will post when i receive an issue

Edit: Must not have been doin something right... MAXPC has my info now.... 1st issue is to be May 05... sweet!
