So I write "Express" on my first PCI slot then shove it in there,
and use a dremel as needed to make it fit properly, right?

that only works if you dip the mobo in water and turn the power on to soften the pci slots plastic first

Those are the multimedia connectors, they used to be purple, i have no idea what they did to em. Maybe the dots are clips of some kind.
