Good find. The only problem is both rebates require the original UPC and are shiped to diferent addresses so I don't know if this will work. I wonder if Newegg is aware of this.

The mobo should ship with it, but if Newegg is wrong, they'll probably pay.

I'm using that very same mobo, (free for different reasons) but it is okay, aside from some quirks, it seems to work just fine. Using sata replaces IDE channel 1. Soyo says otherwise, but it does. the clearance from video card to northbridge sink might not allow some of the huge heatsinks that wrap around the card. That's my 2 cents from owning this.

[edit:] Nevermind, I have the other P4-865 Dragon2 board that isn't free on newegg. I guess mine is revision 2?

To let anyone know, because it's not exactly in big huge letters. But the expiration date is really soon so you better hurry and order or wait for another offer.

It would be a good deal if...
1.) It was still in stock.
2.) The rebate was for $75, not $35.
3.) Soyo wasn't owned by PC Chips.

OK, here's the latest from Newegg:

Dear Howard,

Thank you for your patience and understanding; our Product Support has informed us that you will need to send the original UPC along with a COPY of the UPC and the invoice, with both forms filled out. Also be aware that they must be sent in the same envelope, and BOTH offer numbers must be clearly written on the envelope as well.
