The player base for UT3 is decent, but nowhere as great as UT2K4. As for COD4, the player base is enormous for the 360 and the PC, you can always find any gameplay mode you want (I love hardcore aka realistic). COD4 is an Infinity Ward Game, COD5 is a Treyarch game, they've gone back and forth between making COD games. I believe 5 is using the COD4 engine, and from what I see there is 4-player Co-Op which looks like a blast. Treyarch really has to bring it after COD4... the game that turned me away from MoH.
