Corsair C4 is decent... They use PROMOS chips which clock pretty nice. I have a 2GB kit of the 5400C4 and it does 1200MHz 5-5-5-15 @ 2.3v, I don't know if 6400C4 is the same though.

Its a trick... But its a good way to get people to buy stuff. Its just like all the other double rebates, make a copy.
