I bought one of these locally for 99.- plus tax (making it roughly the same price) in late December or January. It's a pretty decent player, but has a few caveats:

1. It doesn't realise just because the PC it's connected to is powered down, it should switch off, and will drain its battery

2. You have to convert videos, a 250Mb video clip turns to 350Mb. :/

Nice find, playlists on teh fly, FM radio. and small. I have teh 4 gig, just downloaded somthing off of Youtube today as a matter of fact and threw it into the player, worked seamlessly.

One thing, I've noticed the battery life tends to exceed my expectations, being close to 2 work days (although most of that is radio, not MP3)
