Default No break, will break the bank :p

what the!!!!!

This weekend went by so gosh darn fast, yesterday myself and some friends got a room at the Chinook winds resort (the casino here in town), and I think that maybe it was a bad idea because Ive been working in turbo mode this whole week, without any break time. So all this energy was built up and, well it just got crazy in there. Two lady friends of mine where there and I'm pretty sure they might have been in the same situation cause they where way more hiper than usual, so long story short, we ended up breaking the mini fridge .

Now i have an $1,100.00 charge on my credit card because I never took a breather from work the whole week. So I want to know what are some suggestions of what you think would be good, or what you currently do to take a short break during the work week while still being able to function properly the next day?

If i find myself getting TOO envolved in work, I fire up my truck and go for a drive out at the local gravel pit . Just some light wheelin, nothing that would break my rig or be "HARD CORE" just drivin over some rock piles , dirt hills , and enjoying kickin up some dust. It clears my mind and ( sounds odd I know) relaxes me

I used to go to the movies on Tuesdays or Thursdays. It was my way of escaping reality for a few hours. Plus I just really like movies.
