Default The Song of the Dremel's Whirl

It's a beautiful melody, it's generally what tells me when my line is true, or when it's off. It's tone is more important to me than what my eyes see, ohh how it should be recorded and sold. It's got a soul of it's own... if it was genre labeled, it's truly be the best of industrial. Guiding me as much as my marked lines, truthful and never lies. Ohh how there should be a creed declared before taking ownership of a Dremel... that's it, I shall make one.

What's that my dear? Ohh drat, you're right, I'm side loading to much on the cut off wheel, but you're deburring attachment will fix that.

This is my Dremel. There are many like it, but thise XPR400 is mine. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my fraggin' skillZ. Without me my Dremel is useless. Without my Dremel, I am useless (or I've gotta buy a lot more tools). I must cut the line true. I must cut my line straighter than the other modder who's trying to show me up. I will make a magazine cover before him, or he will mock me. I will, I swear before Dremel Corp this is true. My dremel and I know what counts in modding is not the LEDs we light, the windows we etch, or the sparks we make fly. We know that is it our attention to detail that counts. We will win.

Ohh this is bad, how did I not hear it's whine? I've snapped another reinforced disc! Ohh if only I'd listen more closely....

My Dremel is human, even as I am human, because it's my passion. Thus, I will learn it as a n00bie. I will learn it's weaknesses, it's strengths, it's parts, it's plethoria of accessories, its flex shaft and it's collets. I will keep my Dremel clean and forever ready, even as I am clean and ready. It will become an extention of me, and me an extention of it.

Ahh drat, I bought a new tip... and not a collet to match. This just won't due... don't worry.. I'll make it work.

Before GlitterKill I swear this creed. My Dremel and I are defenders of PCApex. We are the masters of our competition. We are the saviours of my life.

So be it, until victory is PCApex's Folding team, and there is no competition.

Darn t00tin'! Gotta love the XPR400, but I prefer NOT to use the flex shaft when cutting.

My handheld is a Craftsman, and it serves me well.
The Easter Bunny stopped by and dropped off this Dremel 1800 SCroll Saw and this Ryobi 10" benchtop Drill Press. Hopefully this weekend I will be rockin out to the Power Tool Chorus led by the 1800.

I burned out the speed control in my Craftsman after 15 minutes which was okay because there is only max and the rest were labeled "***** speed" if I remember correctly anyways. That said, I still used it for 2 years before it died.
