Here it is April and it got to a nice 93 degrees, it sucked. I really hate heat, being all sticky with sweat dirt clinging to you'r skin. In this town they have a bad habbit of running the A/C full tilt. Be outside for ten minutes and the try to figure out if you should bring a jacket to the next store you are going to visit.

Then there are the folks "You should move to (insert western state name here). It is a dry heat. Sorry but I do not buy that. My reply "hey turn on you'r oven to 100 degrees and stick you'r head in there" They reply usually follows "No way thats stupid and it is hot."

Then I usually say "Ya........ but it is a dry heat what is the difference?"

Then there are the people, ever notice how loud it gets when things get warm? Everyone has stereos cranked. People yelling back and forth. Guys yelling at women thinking that will be a secret voodoo love chant that will make theim instantly fall in love with theim. Of course this is to be followed removing the winter lint out of there navel while drooling beer on their chests.

Man I hate summer....Least make it rain God till fall thats all I ask. I think that is fair i mean there was only two snow falls this year. Or maybe I will go up and visit Iat for a few months. I am really not ready for this.

I hear you man! I think we just had this convo together. It broke 92 here today, but the high for next week is only 70 so I cant complain about that!

It's 86 here...... It's hhhhooooootttttttttttt Anybody near me got a pool?

60 degrees average year round here. Summer comes in and so does the fog, ahhhhhh. Ilove having to wear my hoody in the summer. I want heat ?? I drive 15 mins out of the city.

I saw a thermometer on a bank read 101 the other day.......

I hear you flounder, it SUCKS here. not only that, we can't work on the cars as hard as we were becuase of the burn ban.....Really sucks when you have to pull one vehicle out of the garage to work on another one. I mean, I dually that sits so low that they had to cut the rocker panels completely off isn't fun to move...not to mention the lowest recorded 4x4 S-10 Blazer that is missing it's two rear wheels at the moment...O well, things will get better..


P.S. I am starting to lurk again, but probably won;t be as active.....but I will still be lurking....
