Change. This is a very powerful word that some need not take lightly. Change, is a sharp sward with prosperity and happiness on the back side , then demise along with frustration on the blades edge. In most cases itÂ’s a very uncomfortable feeling when you go from a secured lifestyle catered by a steady income, to one that is completely dependent on your own two feet and willingness to compromise on any given one sided issue. Circumstances will decide weather or not change is the best thing to do.

To not change is to stay comfortable where one might be, in some cases is a smart choice do to a family that needs providing and a lack of opportunity. Now this is an educated decision to stay put given the situation, which I have the utmost respect for. The only down side to being comfortable is that your not challenging yourself, if youÂ’re not challenging yourself then where is the growth?. . . No IÂ’m not talking financial, IÂ’m referring to self growth. Once you stop growing, you stop learning, and what is life than one big lesson. One thing about this situation that in a way is uncomfortable is that you donÂ’t hold the sword, at any given time the sharp edge can get stuck in your foot.

To change is to get uncomfortable and take a leap of faith. A decision that by no means be taken with a grain of sand, especially with dependencies. This makes me think of a quote- “ Is the juice worth the squeeze? “ – And when I chose to leave my comfortable place of living, my comfortable place of work and the faces that where familiar to me, I thought long and hard about this question. I don’t have any dependencies to provide for so that wasn’t factored in to my final decision. Now I hold the sword, and decide if the sharp edge goes through obstacles in my way, or my foot.

So my advice to anyone with the right circumstances IS to get uncomfortable, no great thing in history books or biographies has been an easy accomplishment. Sweat, tears, frustration, anger and/or blisters is what should be expected and not overlooked in change. ItÂ’s a BS covered gum drop, persistence is the tool of choice to get to the oh-so sweet core of change.

Totally agree with you man...and change is very hard for some people but sometimes it's very necessary. Plenty of times in my life I felt uncomfortable with a certain change I had to go through...but looking back, it has definitely put me in a better place or made me a better person (I know I know..lies lies lies..whatever!)

That is so true Beach...............Sometimes "we" must plunge into uncharted waters to retain or even better our lifestyles.........

yeah its a weird fealing, but once things start panning out then the leap is defenetly worth it.
