Default TOP TEN: "Nuclear" Family

Well gang... I've always wondered why the hell they called the perfect "Average" life of a house, 2 cars, 2.5 kids and a dog a "Nuclear Family"... I imagine it was coined in homage to the nuclear age... but I think they could have picked a better damn term!

TOP TEN: "POST NUCLEAR" FAMILY ADVANTAGES:

1. You'd never need lights for the rest of your life... you'd be able to read by the glow of a loved one.

2. Wanna lose extra inches fast? What better way to "Burn" that fat!

3. You could actually HAVE 2.5 kids... two kids are normal and the other one is kind of a mutant.

4. No more need for skin creams, lotions, make-up, or other crap when ya have no skin!

5. You also wouldn't need a hairbrush (radiation poisoning causes your hair to fall out).

6. No more "Keeping up with the Jones'es"... not since they disintigrated...

7. You can cook off your own body

8. You could keep track of the kids with a geiger counter...

9. Finding a job would be as easy as pushing corpses off your street corner! Fun for the whole family (what the hell... Junior always wanted a realistic "Mr. Potatohead")!

10. Real Estate would be cheap! I mean... ya want 10, 20, or 30 acres of burned, radioactive, toxic wastelands?

That's hilarious, but very sick. Oh well.

Reactors need uranium once every 20 years or so, right? I guess that saves on the grocery bill...

"Nuclear family" is derived from "nucleus" meaning centre, i.e just parents & kids, rather than an "extended" family of parents, kids, grandparents, aunts, etc. But I'm sure you already know that - there's no comedy value in the correct definition

Got another one for you:

Bulemics would have no need to stick their fingers down their throat to vomit - radiation sickness will do it for them.
