Well folks i will be honest I do not really have much to say. Been kind of in a bunk lately I am about to move yet again. I am starting to feel like DS,ya iI like retro stuff but no way am I going to go 80s retro. Did not like the 80's then sure aint going to relive them.

Which brings me to a rant....ya I have to get this off my chest. Modding from what I have allways seen or thought was suppose to be cutting edge. Why does it seem like so much is being recycled? Remember those plastic semi transparent cases about ten years ago? then it seemed like things went to solid plexi cases. Now there is Uv lighting, UV dye and UV paint. Three words come to mind "Frankie says relax."

Then going through MaxPC there are glowing eyes in everything that is suppose to be evil. Hey anyone remember Jodie? "Jodie won't hurt you..." was not scary then and still aint. Glad to see Jodie was included in the remake flop of The Amityville Horror. Hey you think Hollywood would and Game makers would learn (and us included )that remakes and sequels very rarely measure up to the orginal. But we just keep going back for more. In addition I was talking to a PR member the other day and wondered this as he gave me a link to a new (sequel) game coming out. I had to really ponder and ask myself and him included "Why is it game companies are making all these FPS where the weapons can blow people into birdseed.... But there is never any helmets beefed up but the crotch protectors get larger?" I am really starting to loose hope. i would go after overclocking more to amuse my time but I know my luck.

Well thats about it I have to go fight with packing tape. Have a great week. If anyone can give a logical answer to any of these questions I might just rep ya.

Ehh, nobody has any originality anymore. Look at the last half-dozen or more movies - remakes of old movies or sequels that should never have happened. Music is almost as bad (mainstream music anyways). Its only a logical step before un-originality takes over everywhere.

Yea,I've noticed too.everything seems to have gone stale. Bland "retro" pc's. Terrible colors and useless bling abound, but fresh ideas are few and far between.I think its because were so over satureted(media). We've become jaded.So confident that what we like is the best ,and nothing else compares.And as far as all the remakes go thats just people grabbing a piece off the pie no matter how crappy or embaressing it is.

Are you talking about that new cave movie out? To me it looks like a remake or sequal to Aliens or AVP.
