| Well, there are several O/S's, and several types of people... it's all about finding the right one for you! Windows Family Windows 95: You feel like a pioneer, boldly moving forward into new ground. Still, you haven't been popular in a long time, and fear for the future. You tend to have a lot of deep-seated problems. Windows 98: People regard you as an old friend... but they're still secretly dating the Sexy Windows XP hoe. Still, you have the love of millions because you tend to work a little better with others. Especially the elderly! Windows NT You have the brain of a school teacher, and the personality of a dung beetle. You tend to find "Fun" offensive, and tend to make Windows 98 personalities your bitch because you can OWN them. Windows ME You're the type of person who goes all to pieces if you feel overwhelmed... which happens a lot. You get a lot of flack compared to your twin brother... too bad it's not identical twins. Windows 2000 You're somewhat boring, but there isn't much you can't do. You're still widely available, but as with Windows 98, you're bein' left in the dust by Windows XP. Still, your evil twin, Windows ME has made you preferable. Windows XP In the words of "Austin Powers"... "The man is handsome, baby!". Smooth moves, but you still don't play nice with everyone. You're the ultimate James Bond character 'cause you can emulate Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000 and your "Style" can be anythin' you want to be... still, your cover can get blown because where-as you can look and act like Windows 98, you still aren't truely 100% Windows 98. Mac Family (this is a shorter list 'cause I haven't spent quite as much time around the other Macintosh personalities). OS 9 You're behind the times, but that's okay. Everyone else is jumping on the OS.x bandwagon, but you can still run all your old favorites! OS X You're a juggernaut of power, and a sexy bitch to boot... too bad you just can't seem to get those people on in the "Windows" family to see how powerful you are! If only you could communicate better with the things the Windows dotes on... still, you're an expensive date, but in your mind, you are SO worth it! Linux Family Linux (too many variation to list 'em all) You are mysterious, stable, and unfortunatly... kind of boring. Still, you have massive popularity as a savoir because you're ultimate goal is to work with EVERYTHING. You're like the Phoenix that rises up from it's own ashes... you keep coming up as something more and more powerful with a new look. Still, your personality can strike some as a little too mysterious, and you intimidate many. You're still working on being a "steel fist in a velvet glove". Unix Family You are too serious for most folks. You don't wanna play games, you don't wanna deal with dressing up for people who aren't smart enough to realize just how powerful you are, and you're still pissed off at your idiot brother Linux for not "keeping it in the family". You better use the proper syntax when talkin' to the Unix personality... or they'll ignore you! | ||

| you forgot the DOS and Win3.1 personalities... DOS You are a forgotten, antiquated old fart who still rambles on about "back in my day, we had to use a keyboard to get anything done, and we LIKED it!" and insist that you are still a part of the newest incarnations of the Windows family...even though they treat you like an unwanted realative... Win 3.1 Instead of being in control, they are totally dependent on DOS for their livelyhood, and try to imitate DOS on many occasions...but without much luck since DOS is just so much more tenured and wise, however, Win 3.1 seems to enjoy the ability to customize their environment to their liking, where DOS dont seem too interested... | ||
