Some would say we're even more accentric now than ever. For less money we could buy cases that would make modded cases of year or two ago blush with shame. Then again this just moves the mark up a few notchs to keep us going and challenged. We're in a world where premod and modders truly do now collide. We not only continue, but thrive more now than before. We overclock when we have more power than what we know what to do with, and go levels that'd boggle the minds of our family and friends.
There is always a breed of people, misguided or enlightened who have to fiddle which what is already there. Just as sure as I am there is someone who would mod a Alienware case, I'm sure their great grandfather probably bought a model T in 1924 and painted it white and developed one of the first roots style blowers for it. Most of us seem to come from a past where we made do and adapted what we had, instead of just buying new. But whatever our past and our reasoning for our devotion, we are here today.
We're the crazed and the mad, we're the eternally damned. We're never content with what is there are we? We thrive for making a challenge where it isn't even needed. We know Lian Li's are crafted with perfection, but we still often times use a Powmax to hack on to see what where our skills can truly take us. We spend days, weeks, and months for our 5 minutes of glory. Some haven't seen the sunshine since I don't know when, but our dreams continue on.
So my words to you my brothers and sisters of the illness known as Modderitis. You have done well, and shall do better still! No Premod will ever beat our combined strength, for we shall always live on, even if in a single drop of rain! HOORAH Pimprig HOORAH!
