Change of Address...

Well it is official. Camp Zennzzo wil be relocating out of the sticks
and into the wide wonderful world of Broadband.
Yes after 2 years we get to frolic in the land of 3mb/s.

We found a suitable residence 12 miles closer to civilization. I guess
you can't have everything right? I hate the noise, the traffic, most of
the selfish residents...But did I mention Broadband, and city water yuk!

This will make for better communication with all our friends and the site.

I want to apoligise for the short late post, but time is at a premium right
now. I have been busy trying to clear the shop and take just the nessasary
things in with me. We should be online and in full swing on the fourth of
June.

As you know I have a new VAPO-Chill that I got from BigAkita. It needs to be
set-up properly and some settings all dialed in and I feel like 3GHZ
is well with in our reach. Stay tuned.

We got alot to do and a very short time to get it all done.
Again pardon my shortness and I promise the new and improved camp ZENNZZO
will produce some very interesting things to write about.

Dang it Zenz, now am I gonna be the only back woods (more like mid-woods, really) person on here now? Glad you get the broadband, but I know what you mean about the noise. After livin out in the peace and quiet for 6 years, I'd have trouble getting back to a busier place. Good luck with the move

My good friend Jim lives about 10 miles outside of town and can't get broadband. He has satalite internet, which cost like $1000+ up front and is still more than the monthly price of a cable connection. It works, though, as long as it's not raining... Before he got satalite, he had like 3 phone lines, all bridged together. It wasn't really all that much faster, but it made a diference. Once you've used high-speed, it's hard to go back to dial-up. Really hard.

I love Texas! I live out in the country and I get broadband w00t! DSL but still, play games with hardly any lag

No, I live 6 miles away from a stick marsh. There's gators in the canal behind our house. Every morning I wake up to racoons and possums in our yard. It isn't common for a corn snake to be basking on our back porch. The state bird is a draw between the Mosquito and the Love Bug (but us locals call them F*ck Bugs, if you are a local you know why) Our neighbor down the street has an airboat that's powered by a Chevrolet 350. Rebel Flags are the norm. About 10 miles west of me is the St. Johns River, one of the few rivers that flow north. Trust me, you aren't the only one living out in the boonies. But I love it here, sure beats the hell out of the city.
