| Yes, I just said that. That's a quote from NHL 2k3 on PS/2, from a nickname a friend of mine gave his character. I spent my day today after church eating pizza and playing video games. It was relaxing. So relaxing I fell asleep on Bruce's floor. They didn't mind. Nothing like a stretch of rough luck to let a man realize how good life can be. I got new digs, all the food I can shove down my throat, a bunch of brothers and sisters to play with, and a Lian-Li in the mail. I say life is good. It wasn't this good even a week ago. If you know about it, you know about it, if not, it's not cause I don't trust you but because not all things are forum business-we all know that. That said, let's have some fun, shall we/ I feel old. That's because at 22 I'm looking at apartments, work a full time job, am in search of a replacement for yon hoopty, and realizing that I'm 22 and still single. Tick, tock, tick, tock.... Well, it's not all bad. At 22, I work many forum member's dream job (don't YOU want to get paid to put in watercooling systems and mod?) and I get to spend my nights playing bass and watching movies with the family that asked me to stay with them. I like that part. So, I feel caught between worlds sometimes, not quite ready on the one hand, and too old for myself at others. We all are of two natures, and I think if we all examine ourselves closely, we can draw parallels. For many of our staff and members, civilian and military life, for me, college and now working life, for many students, it will be high school and college. It's another thing that shapes us into what we are. With my new surroundings, I should return to the kinder, funnier Kayin you all remeber, and for that, I'm thankful. I didn't like me too well when I was motivated by little numbers. Now, once again, it's the spirit of the mod. I just thought I'd open this week with a word of encouragement, as someone will need it, no doubt. If you do, well, my forum is waiting, and I can answer just about anything. Even if it's just let's find a soda and talk about it, I can answer. If in the event I can't, I know people to call to help you. We're all in it together. Remeber that, PR isn't just a site but a family. Or, at least that's how I see you. Now go outside and play. It's been beautiful outside. | ||

| Glad to see things are shaping up, I am one of those who knows about what is going on, there is no better feeling than going from spiraling out of control to getting with people who know people and having your problems solved just like that *snaps fingers* That's kind of what happened to me recently, as many of you know I have been out looking for a job since I lost my previous one due to permanent plant closure, well after a month of searching and getting with people I know I might have a job, and a very good one too, while most people my age are making minimum wage bagging groceries and collecting carts, I might be soldering PC board for 8 bucks an hour with overtime Anyone need any NF7-S's volt modded? ![]() | ||
