Well, it's that time of year again when Rob pulls up a chair by the fireplace to play the part of a dirty, old man.

Last year, I went with an "Over 40" theme that many of you disagreed with. Oh yeah? Well, screw you...it's my list, o.k.? (That's the old fart in me talking....now get off my lawn, you young whippersnappers!!!)

This year, I decided to go with women in film that have yet to really make that big breakthrough where they are in the lead role. They may have played in a lead role, but not in a blockbuster film or it was shared by so many other actors, they really didn't play in the lead role. I just wanted to shine the light on them for a while...and hopefully see through their skirt. Keep in mind that I'm not going for the "bombshell" look only, or if at all. These are chicks that I think would be cool dates.

On with the list in no particular order...

• Diane Kruger - She's the hottie that starred with Nic Cage in "National Treasure" (both films). German women usually scare me, but I'd love to be terrorized by her any day.

• Zooey Deschannel - A lot of people think she's a little off-kilter in how she comes off in her acting, but I find a lot of fun in it. Hanging out with her has to be a blast.

• Leslie Mann - Oh my god, is this woman sexy or what! Maybe I get turned on by the bitchy roles she's played, but she's got tons of sex appeal.

• Reese Witherspoon - O.K., here's one of the exceptions I was talking about. She's had a few lead roles and has starred in a few of her own hit movies, but after her divorce and subsequent bikini pics , how could I leave her off this list? She's the girl you want to take home to Mom.

• Elizabeth Mitchell - The kind of girl you want to cuddle up with on a cold, winter day. Plus, she's got a real infectious laugh and a great smile.

• Maggie Q - She's the kind of girl that you would want to spend all Sunday morning in bed with...sigh...

• Ali Larter - Wow...just wow. If you don't know what I'm talking about, rent "Varsity Blues". If you still don't know what I'm talking about, I can't help you. She's got a look in her eye that I'd like to confirm.

• Isla Fisher - She's a ditzy redhead...need I say more? She's perfection in my book with one minor and obvious flaw...she's married to an idiot I can't stand.

• Alyssa Milano - So help me, I can't leave her off the list. She's taken quite a back seat lately, but not with me. I've had a crush on her ever since I saw her on "Who's the Boss?".

• Charlize Theron - I don't need to explain this one.

I can't say I agree 100%, but I can't argue either. A very good list indeed. I wouldn't throw any of them out of bed for eating cookies.

Also, Alyssa Milano had me at Commando.

All American based... Stuff like this is really personal opinion based though, so I can't really argue with that.
