I'd love to know why some people get awesome reviews, and some get crap. BA gets stuff that's really cool, and useful, but some of our news pimps get shafted. That's not BA's fault, BA's cool. He had my back and I got his. That's odd, though...

And Jonny and I don't even get a special section. Dark didn't ask for his, it just happened. Not his fault. Dark always sticks up for me and Jonny. We just post as we may, and hope we can find it two weeks from now.

You know, all this points in one direction. He's gone, I can say it. But, you know, I have to wonder what's going on. It all seems so us-versus-them, and I hate to play factions. But, the freedom of PR is getting stepped on. I'm always here for you guys, and you know it. I answer your PMs, and IM, and I post what you like.

Now on to addressing other issues.

If you don't know what's going on, other staff, WHERE WERE YOU! This is your site too, and I see too many staff wandering in with their pants around their ankles and their ass hanging in the breeze. I'm not an admin and I know almost everything that goes on, and I borrow a rig to do this.

I'm not disagreeing with you Kayin, but do we really need to devote the entire front page of PR, both in the threads and news, to this little pissing contest?

I'm not at all happy that GK's said no to sections for us, but I'm not going to push it - he's made it a choice between Darksamurai's Dojo for DS, or a blandly-titled "Commentaries" section for all three of us
That's no choice at all if you ask me - we can shaft our bud or have things stay as they are.

A big for everyone that flamed the latest in a long line of uppity noobs yesterday - you did the right thing, the problem is that it distracted everyone from the real issue - that some members of staff abuse their authority in the most public way, and the man (being GK) don't give a flip. again.

lAnonymousl, this isn't a thread, it's a news post - they appear on the front page. According to our demographics research, although we're officially rated PG13, we have kids as young as 8 visit - so do us a favour & refrain from being a potty mouth.

The issues Darksumurai & Kayinstorm have brought up are important ones for the future wellbeing of PR. It's my turn to do the posts starting on Monday - and guess what? I'm going to be bringing up the same thing too. Or I may just randomly insult people - I'm making a list & I'm checking it twice as I type

Well after sitting on the fence with a bud for about 12hrs or so, I have to say I can relate to alot of the issues being brought up, and also see how it has come this far.

Did all this come about by one uncalled for reference to someones sexual preference? No.
I feel that was just the slam that finally broke the weary PR camels back.

Guys, I'll tell ya's that I feel your arguments, but I'll also say that maybe it should have been handled a little better, and more privately.

Call me nuts, but I dont really feel that a couple threads and a front page submission devoted to staff running around with another staff members underwear on a stick is in the best interest to any of us. As members, or as a site.

Theres one good thread already devoted to the topic, and I doubts its going to die anytime soon.
Try to let the opinions and feelings on this go there maybe, or start a poll in it even.

Ok, theres my rant, and I support your guys feelings on this.
I'd just like to see it settled in an adult manner, that doesnt make the the PR Community resemble a 4th Grade playground.
