Authorities conducted a field sobriety test and then transported Lohan to the police department.

The 21-year-old actress was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license and possession of cocaine, among other charges, Talbot said.

Police found cocaine in one of her pants pockets during a pre-booking search, Talbot said.

A call to Lohan's publicist was not immediately returned.

Perhaps she will stay in the Paris Hilton Memorial Cell?

What part of REHAB didn't she understand?

While most people would find it funny, I find it very sad and pathetic.

Some people will be quick to rule that she's just a spoiled brat running wild. I, on the other hand, think that the Hollywood environment plays an enormous role in her decision making process. It is that environment in which the burden of personal responsibility is shifted to their lawyers and/or their assistants. So, I do a little blow right after some brown liquor shots? Eh, don't worry...I got a lawyer that'll get me out of it. I'll just throw a sh*tload of money at it and it'll go away.

Unfortunately, from the looks of it, she is going to have to experience a terrible tragedy for her to grasp the reality of her recent decisions.

It is our decisions that allow us to live in a semi-civilized society. When we relinquish control of our decisions to the influence of narcotics and/or alcohol, we lose all sense of what is right and what is wrong. Additionally, our bodies react in a way where our capacity to respond is diminished and as such, places those around us at risk of being hurt because of our selfish actions.

If the younger generation wants to look up to a 'hero', I'd suggest the likes of someone like Hilary Duff or Amanda Bynes.

As far as Lindsay goes, she's in need of a serious reality check and some serious intervention before she crosses that line where she can't turn back. The line I'm referring to is some pretty serious prison time or worse yet, the death of another individual.

I'll agree with you up to a point Rob.

It's that she just spent time in rehab... supposedly free from lawyers and assistants.

I've never been, but isn't the main point of rehab to A-Dry out & B-To get help with your addictive behavior/poor choices/root cause of the problem(s)?

I understand that there are relapses, but c'mon... she just finished her SECOND tour and now she's pulling this?

IMHO, She deserves EVERYTHING she gets for not learning from the first two times.

Also, I think the rehab facility should be investigated as it clearly didn't do a lick of help.

Funny, Without makeup she just looks like a Regular Person and thus should be treated that way. Spoiled? Maybe, Just a teen gone over the edge with power. I often wonder, would we all share the same fate as her if we Didnt have parents?

Ditto To what Rob Said.

Being a regular person has more to do with attitude and morals then it does with apperance. She may look normal in that mugshot but between the ears she is far from normal.

As mentioned before she takes her fame and fortune for granted and allows her self-importance and self-gratitude to run her immediate decisions, which landed her in a dumb-ass chase after a regular person and with packet of cocaine.

She's probably ignored all the signs and warnings concerning her partygirl lifestyle, unlike regular people. Life has a funny way of making you get the message whether you want to or not.

I hear you Rob. Reminds me of this girl I went to school with. She was the typical beautiful chick who used her good looks to get her way. She partied like no other, that is until a year or so after graduation she killed a pedestrian while driving under the influence of a ****tail of marijuana and vodka... That was her life changing moment. She pretty much had a mental meltdown when the gravity of her actions hit her and she was ended up spending some time in the mental ward of the prison she went to.

Oh, absolutely. I hope that no one got the impression that I was advocating leniency rather than full acceptance of her actions.

Personally...I hope they throw the book at her. Even though she's a product of her environment, we are who we are through making personal choices.

And she's made some pretty sh*tty ones.
