This is first video segment of "Project: Phenom"

The SwordM case arrives at Mnpctech for a brainstorming session. Carlos calls us on video skype to share what he knows about the new Phenom cpu. I share my plans for giving the SwordM a more futuristic look with Carlos.

That "Biker Dude" Craig from the first segment? Hes a CNC Machinist. I take you to his shop CNC Metal Craft and show you some of his other work in the beginning. He milled all of the parts on the chopper, including the rims on the same cnc mill. I than show you the top panel design I'm working on and laster call "guru" via Video Skype for another Phenom Updat

You should make the mod a large bottle of ketchup since AMD is trying to catch up to Intel LOL. But seriously, I am sure you will do a knock up job. Hope they do pull something wicked with their new release and you can really make it shine because WE all benefit from competition . . .more faster procs for us . . .and hopefully cheaper with price competition.

Speaking of Craig Guth, (btw: I call him Craiger, like the old mag wheels) you'll see what hes all about in the next video segment. The mans got serious skillz.

The first toy to arrive was Thermaltake's 7" LCD. This was originally introduced for TT's Mozart TX case that accomondates it's 7" width. So, if you want one in your 5.25 bay, you'll be in for some Diy modding to make it fit.

It has a touch screen. I'm very impressed with the overall quaility.
The remote signal strength could be better tho. The 1600 x 1024 pictures pretty decent. I/O: USB, VGA, Video In/Out, Audio In/Out

Im sure Craiger has the skillz to pay the billz, really looking forward to watching this progress, as with all your amazing mods.

That TT mini screen is pretty cool, would look even cooler without the branding on it, are you planning to do anything to it?

Some stills of the SwordM before I dismantled it. This case isn't available in US yet

Is that case all aluminum? I know i heard you talking about anodizing in the video and you can definiteley get a clear/silver anno. And how the other guy was talking about tie dye annodizing you should see what some people do to their paintball guns. If you travel on over to GBA - Gallery Page 1 theres some there and ODDguns Gallery: Index that guy does some great laser engravings. Just figured id give ya the heads up on annodizing.

I thought SSI was one of the variations on EATX.

I know for a while, 24+8 power supplies were referred to as SSI-style (to differentiate them from the 20+4 ATX12V and 20 alone ATX)

This is lookin awesome. I would love to have one of those cases. Ive never seen a mobo tray with so many holes. lol. looking forward to the next video. Keep up the awesome work Bill and Friends.

I dont know if I can watch this progress, that case is so damn beautiful as it is it hurts to see something change on it.

Although the airlock door is an amazing idea but I cant see how you will do it.... but it is you guys and I know it will get done and I cant wait to see it. It will blow me away.

Hey Bill, SSI is a server format, Server System Infrastructure to be exact. SSI boards are one of the largest available with up to 4 CPU's and 16 slots for RAM. I believe anything larger becomes desgin specific.
