asp mail code problem

Howdy all

got a problem and i thought i would pick the great minds around here for some help if possible, im trying to repair a clients website e-mail form, it started out a simple code fix and because the person who did the original code decided they no longer want to do websites anymore, and quit returning my clients calls it got dumped in my lap, needless to say his code was a mess and i got 75% of it fixed but im stumped as to how i can get a form to disply in the deliverd e-mail properly, i have the actuall delivery code repaired and working but now they get the info but its all mixed in with the code for the form, im most likely not being too clear, but anyone who wants to help feel free to pm me, the rep will flow and so will the karma

Well i got the code all sorted, man what a pain, and i appreciate the reply funkyfresh, i'm no code'r but its nice to know your around, with this stuff on my plate now thanx
