Feedback Please

Well i started a project in 2003 called Demon-Development. I dont know if i should continue with it. I want to make the site a development site, producing helpful files for free for users, but i dont have any staff i would like to continue the project, if i can get some coders. Is there anything that i should modify? I dont know if i should change my template or keep it how it is. I would appreciate any feedback the website is http://www.polarhome.com:793/~demondev/. It has old posts so please ignore that.

The red on black on red just isnt working for me. Maybe if it was a little bit lighter.

The red is too dark....Try some Blood Red..

Well it might be just me but I dont really brite colors, also the graphics weren't made by me it was made by a freind that i havent gotten intouch with for quite some time, so i cant modify the graphics

I don't see why you'd need an ad for your own site.. directly above the actual logo.
Also, IMO you have too much of a color scheme: White, black, red, dark red, striped red.

Yeah those colors are not working for me...maybe lighten them up....BUT the graphics are tight!!

Ok i have modified it a bit. I have removed the ad above my banner(silly me forgot to remove it earlyer), I changed the background from striped red and black to black. What do you guys think i should have to background as? dark red or black? Also im only using dark red, white and black in the template now. Thanks in advance for the advice

Thanks for the feedback. If anyone has any other comments i would love to hear them. Also if any graphic designer that isnt to busy that would like to help me out with some graphics please post or pm me. Also i cant get rid of the line in the middle of the two graphics its right through the claws if anyone can help me with that i would really appreciate it
